Pentru adaugare fonduri, trebuie sa folosesti serviciile firmelor/site-urilor din lista aceea. Ti-am dat linul in celalalt raspuns.

Apoi, mai jos, zice ca au ei un program de securitate, LibertyGuard, pe care poti sa-l folosesti sa te protejezi de furtul datelor.

Vă rugăm să reţineţi că, pentru  a adăuga, retrage sau schimba fonduri din contul dvs. Liberty Reserve  trebuie sa utilizati serviciile oferite de furnizorii de schimb independenti enumerat sub link-ul Buy/Sell LR .

Furnizorii de schimb acceptă următoarele opţiuni de finanţare: virament bancar, Western Union, Money Gram, mandate poştale , depozite locale în numerar, carduri de credit sau fonduri provenite de la alte  sisteme de plată.
Pentru orice intrebari, inclusiv instrucţiuni, despre cum să cumparati, să vindeti sau  sa schimbati  fondurile trebuie sa contactati furnizorul de schimb dorit. Liberty Reserve nu este asociat cu nicio alta companie sau afacere on-line.

Vă sugerăm ca, înainte de a investi banii cu orice companie on-line, sa contactati compania cu privire la mai multe informaţii despre credibilitate şi legalitate. Pentru mai multe informaţii vă invităm să citiţi Customer Alerts si Terms of Service.

Ca sa-ti alimentezi contul tau Liberty, trebuie sa apelezi la un intermediar.
Aici iti sunt sugerati mai multi:

Dar exista si in romania astfel de intermediari:

Cum se procedeaza:
Tu le transferi lor bani (prin toate metodele enumerate mai sus: transfer bancar, mandat, con Paypal, etc) si ei iti dau in schimb unitati de fond Liberty.
Evident, tu vei plati comision si pentru transferul propriu-zis catre intermediar, si pentru serviciile intermediarului!
